Tooth Fairy Certificates and Kits
Choose a single Tooth Fairy Certificate or a Keepsake Kit that celebrates the loss of more than one tooth.
The single certificate provides room for the child's name, date and tooth lost, along with a poem that reads: Congratulations!!
I heard you lost a tooth today, so this is what I did. I made a map to visit you, 'cause you are a special kid!
Each Tooth Fairy kit contains your choice of 1-8x10 memory certificate (60 lb. paper), plus 3-2"x3.5" mini envelopes with vintage fairy images and a Tooth Fairy poem on back, 3-2"x3" mini certificates with room for name, date, tooth lost and 1-mini slider vintage image, decorated tin to use as a tooth keepsake container. Have the child place their tooth in one of the mini envelopes and place it under their pillow. The Tooth Fairy will trade the tooth for coins, leaving behind the envelope and a mini certificate to commemorate the date. The mini certificates can then be stored or framed.
Each kit is packaged in clear cellophane with colorful shredded tissue paper, ready for gift giving.
